Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest
Human Interest is our third party administrator for retirement options. They provide us with ROTH/Traditional 403b options in a very user friendly platform. Since we are a nonprofit with unpredictable funding due to grants, they worked with us to have a discretional match at the end of the year instead of a traditional flat match. They have been exceptionally helpful along the way from the setup to the staff orientation. We're very satisfied so far!
- Very user friendly
- Helpful, responsive, great customer service
- Integrates well and has little work required from our end
- I can't think of anything at the moment
- Little to no work required in maintaining which means less cost in staff time
- Increased employee satisfaction with the very user friendly/informative platform
- We received credit for having a payroll provider that integrates into the system, anything is really helpful as a nonprofit!
