Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest
Bill and his team were easy to work with from the start so I appreciate his help and I am glad to have them on my team now. They are reliable and have my needs met so I can be more of a manager with less to worry about, I am thankful.

- customer service help
- detailed reports
- Platform is visually unappealing
- expensive to have benefits either way but worth it
They were better for small businesses for 401K rates, and retirement
