Human Interest allows us to provide a retirement plan to our employees. It handles virtually all of the employee interaction making administrators jobs easier. Having a retirement plan makes recruiting easier and attracts better candidates.
Pros
- The onboarding process was drama free and easy
- Employees have a variety of options to invest.
- Integration with our payroll system is key.
- The impact is more soft than hard. I cant quantify an ROI for Human Interest, but I know that in a difficult hiring market we were able to land some exceptional candidates because we had a retirement plan.
