Very good support provided to clients who are not familiar with retirement accounts. In the very first call, Human Interest is able to clearly explain what a retirement plan is, even to those who never approached retirement plans before. Also, Human Interest makes everything look easy to handle and hassle-free, which is very much appreciated by clients.

Usability

The opportunity to integrate Human Interest with payroll is definitely a plus.

I find that Human Interest is very well suited for start ups and small companies who are approaching the 401k plan for the first time. These companies need a 401k provider that is at the same time affordable and supportive mostly in the set-up phase. Indeed, not everyone is familiar with how the 401k works and therefore expect to receive a full initial support from the provider. Human Interest is very good in that.
