Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest

Human Interest manages our 401(k) offering. It coordinates with our employees and our payroll company to make the appropriate withholdings to the individual accounts.

Pros

  • Shops around for performing funds to invest in
  • The support team is responsive to all our requests

  • Better coordination with payroll vendors
  • Kept our employees happy
  • Saved us money from having to manage these processes on our own
We had some issues when we first started. The support team stayed engaged with us, researched the issue in depth, and resolved it in a short period. The team remained in contact after the resolution to ensure that we were satisfied with the result.
I was impressed with the functionality of the service. Employees make their selections, and Human Interest works in the back office to establish the process. There was almost no need for further interaction.

Human Interest is very helpful in managing out retirement programs. It would be best if they could run payroll so we had an end-to-end application.
