Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest

We utilize Human Interest for 401K investment services as a small business of 1 employee.

Pros

  • The setup was easy to onboard and communication was excellent
  • The integration with my book management (QuickBooks) was simple and automated.
  • The platform is simple to read and easy to use as both the employer and employee

Cons

  • I do wish there was a bit more information regarding investment trends. I am more of a visual learner and viewer.
  • Since only using a little less than 2 years and being a single employee, I have found the ROI to be appropriate for my 401K investment needs.
Simplicity of set up and usage.
None at this time. I am new to owning a business.

I have found Human Interest to be an excellent service for a small business owner like me. The set up/activation yearly fee is reasonable, and I feel my money is being handled well. The integration with QuickBooks payroll is automated and organized. I do not need to worry about the weekly payroll integrations.
