Dashboard, employee emails are great, only downside experienced is the timeliness of support for plan administrator on questions not answered by 'support' webpage. Human Interest could improve its 'human' component. Perhaps live chat? or readily available phone support?

We do use run for payroll and other HR tasks, but find HI to be our best solution for 401(k).
