Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest

Human Interest made offering a 401k a breeze. There were no hidden fees or catches. The implementation was so easy and all of my employees are really happy with it. We looked into other options and none of them were as user-friendly and intuitive as Human Interestt. It fully integrates with our payroll and we basically never have to worry about it.

It seamlessly integrates with our payroll company and data transfer between the two is accurate and contactless.

We did not evaluate many other options because Human Interest was so good. Guideline seems similar though, but Human Interest has a more intuitive portal.

Human interest is ideal for small to mid-sized businesses. It is not a perfect fit for massive companies because it is very tech heavy and a lot of giant companies have weird legacy policies that make it harder to be on a platform like this. I am speculating about that a bit though. It is so easy to use it could be perfect for anyone.
