Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest
Human Interest made offering a 401k a breeze. There were no hidden fees or catches. The implementation was so easy and all of my employees are really happy with it. We looked into other options and none of them were as user-friendly and intuitive as Human Interestt. It fully integrates with our payroll and we basically never have to worry about it.

The support has been phenomenal. I had to transfer my 401k from a prior employer and it was an easy process. Having done that in the past, that is not the norm! Usually, it is a massive PITA and headache. Every other customer service experience has been really easy and friendly.

We did not evaluate many other options because Human Interest was so good. Guideline seems similar though, but Human Interest has a more intuitive portal.
