Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest
401k management, not much else to write here. It’s our 401k management software.
- Dashboard is easy to use.
- UI / UX is good.
- The support email is quick.
- Support calls are great, people are knowledgeable.
- Showing the breakdown of fund investments more clearly; better graphics here would be great.
- More education on financial wealth would be welcome.
- Employee retention definitely!

Answered this in the previous question! Ui UX is better at the guideline, and the guideline does a better job of educating customers on how to use their product for basic financial wealth and retirement planning education. Human interest does better with their customer support. This is a great value that I hope keeps getting better and makes HI stand out.
