Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest
We use Human Interest to administer our 401(k) plans for all three of our companies; total of around 50 employees.
- Ease of selecting investments
- Administration is not user friendly
- Customer service takes weeks if not months to resolve issues
- unable to change simple details for employees such as email address
- sync with payroll rarely works properly
- forceout process is slow and always done incorrectly
- Time spent administering plan has increased substantially
We selected HI because they claimed to solve all the issues we were having with our previous provider, that turns out to not be the case though.
