Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest

Human Interest is our 401K account managers. They make sure we have a great program for our employees and that is stays affordable for everyone. They are always available to us and that was what we were looking for this entire time in a 401K company. They have been great! We will be using them for all our future 401K needs!

The system is very easy to use and before you start you are given a great tutorial over zoom to walk you through every bit of the program. They give ongoing assistance as well to make sure you are always up to speed on how to operate everything. They are always there for you.
We actually were suggested to Human Interest through Paycor as they work in synergy with each others program and it has worked out great! I would recommend everyone use both of these services since you will be getting everything you need all in one place. Our employees are very happy with both services!

401K can be a difficult system to work with and that is why you need a trusted company that has great customer service to work with. There are a lot of compliance issues you have to make sure you are working with and they are there every step of the way to make sure that everything is right and that your employees are getting their full benefit.
