Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest

We use Human Interest for our 401K platform. It allows us to easily integrate with our payroll software and save time during pay process. It is also easy for our employees to manage themselves, giving them more independence and privacy related to their individual plans.

Pros

  • Integration. Human Interest offers very simple integration for a variety of payroll systems.
  • Simplicity. Human Interest is very user friendly and easy to navigate, both for admins and employees.

Cons

  • More personal follow ups, rather than bot check-ins.
  • It gave our one-person HR department much more time!

I believe Human Interest is great for small to mid-size companies. The simplicity of integration and use has made it a breeze to transition, and we have had little hiccups afterward. This makes it an ideal solution for a small company where often employees are wearing different hats in their roles, and do not have the time to intimately manage the 401K plan.
