Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest

We've worked with Human Interest to provide a 401k program for all of our employees. This allows them to set aside money for retirement, which is an option they haven't had previously in the 40+ years of the company. My team is very happy with Human Interest for administering this program.

  • The 401k program has helped me improve the lives of my employees by encouraging them to plan for their retirement.
Human Interest has an employer dashboard, which is very easy to use. I can log in and see company information, and then easily switch over to the personal side to see my own info. Human Interest syncs their system with QuickBooks, so I know that they have the most updated information, and I don't have to worry about keeping them in the loop - they do it themselves!

I would highly recommend Human Interest to a friend if they own or operate a company that is thinking about starting a 401k program. Human Interest has been very helpful to me and my employees in that capacity. This is the only way that I've used Human Interest, so I can't speak to any of their other options.
