Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest

We use for 401K. I enjoy having another company take all the work off our plate and keeps us updated on what is provided to our employees. It is easy to communicate with our account manager. I don't have a lot of experience and we trust Human Interest is providing us a quality service.

  • I don't have any at this time. What service we are looking for has been provided.
  • It has taken extra work and stress of me or the bookkeeper keeping track of this.
For me it has been easy and quick and I am provided the information with communication and don't have to searching for it.

I have recommended to several fellow people in our network. We work with a lot of small owned business who are trying to provide good benefits for their growing businesses and Human Interest is one of those companies. It takes out the scariness of entering a field we do not specialize in or have much knowledge but provide for our employees to grow their nest egg.
