Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest
we use Human interest as our 401(k) provider. we wanted to have something that integrates with our payroll, an easy system to offer our employees, and Human interest is just that. It was easy to implement and easy to use, our employees are happy. The customer service is great as well
Pros
- Customer service, dedicated admin
- Easy online account for employees
- Easy online account for admins
Cons
- I don’t like that they are fully paperless
- I don’t like the automatic enrollment
- Can definitely not provide numbers yet, it’s been too soon.
- it is, however a great perk for employees
So far it’s been good, but honestly it’s only a few months so hard to say
