Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest

we use Human interest as our 401(k) provider. we wanted to have something that integrates with our payroll, an easy system to offer our employees, and Human interest is just that. It was easy to implement and easy to use, our employees are happy. The customer service is great as well

Pros

  • Customer service, dedicated admin
  • Easy online account for employees
  • Easy online account for admins

Cons

  • I don’t like that they are fully paperless
  • I don’t like the automatic enrollment
  • Can definitely not provide numbers yet, it’s been too soon.
  • it is, however a great perk for employees
Overall they usually respond fairly quickly. I do like that we have someone special for our account and it’s not like a corporate company that I need to call up and I don’t know who will respond. The online support I didn’t use much so I’m not sure, but the support team is great.
So far it’s been good, but honestly it’s only a few months so hard to say
The integration works well, the systems work with each other. The interface is mostly good.

Human interest seems to be great 401k provider for midsize companies, probably also small companies, but we are in midsized. You have a good dedicated admin that knows you, and can help you out when needed, customer service is huge for me. They’re helpful during implementation, with guidance and all. Overall great experience.
