Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest

The platform is very user friendly. HI automates a lot of the 401k process and takes the administrative burden off of the HR team. The platform works with the payroll system and creates an experience that is relatively hands off creating less room for human error.

Cons

  • Automated email enrollment reminders
  • Turnaround time for customer service responses
  • More prominent fraud warnings
  • Communication lines are sometimes blurred between CSRs
  • Communication of audit requirements could be improved.
The turnaround time for inquiries could be improved. The follow up is great though!
Very transparent and helpful.
Very easy for users of all ages, skills, and backgrounds.
