Overall Satisfaction with iApplicants
I was working for a small software development company that worked on federal contracts. I needed an applicant tracking system to be able to do my government reporting. Having come from the staffing industry I was used to a bigger package, but iApplicants suited our small business needs at an EXCELLENT price!
Pros
- Track job historical postings
- Track applicants and allowed searching
- Supported government reporting such as EEO-1 report
- Postings jobs to my website
Cons
- Tracking for the VETS-100 report was lacking as we were not allowed to include the EEO survey as a part of the EEO survey.
- Several years ago, the dashboard could have uses some visual improvement to make it more user friendly.
- Changed our government reporting from a fiasco of the guessing game to an accurate reflection of what we did
- Provided me an excellent tool for recruiting that improved my applicant flow.
- Bond Adapt,Maestro Allegro,Caldwell Spartin,Tempus Fugit
All the systems I have listed are major systems used my large staffing organizations. iApplicants is best suited to smaller organizations with less intensive needs. The price is also better suited. I chose iApplicants because it was a better match. When we expanded and opened Blue Frog Staffing we went with Bond Adapt as it was better suited to the needs of a staffing company.
