iApplicants - Use it and Hire right!
Overall Satisfaction with iApplicants
iApplicants is used as our Applicant Tracking System. Through iApplicants, I am able to post jobs to multiple sites. Although it does not have all the bells and whistles of a more sophisticated ATS, for my company It is the most cost effective solution. We use the system to house all resumes that come in through our job postings. Some managers are able to use the system more effectively than others to communicate their hiring needs.

I use iApplicants simply for the pricing. I would prefer a more robust product, but for the dollars, I'm paying currently, iApplicants gives me the best bang for my buck!

Using iApplicants
3 - Human Resources
1 - I prefer that only HR folks be involved in the day to day use. Resumes are distributed from the system via email to hiring managers. If many applicants are chosen for phone screens or interviews after an initial submission period, a report is configured and sent via email to the hiring managers for discussion.

Pricing. I don't believe there is another product with the same look and feel for the price.
I wouldn't change the process. It was fair and streamlined. iApplicants was the most budget friendly product for my company at the time.

I had to add a user to our account in just the last week. I had not done it in a quite some time, so I clicked on the support icon, and I had a new user account up and running within minutes thanks to the online support.
