Easy to design reports

Cannot create reports from different data marts without duplicating data
Charting capability is limited
Scheduling reports can be time consuming

Able to design actionable reports that satisfy customer needs

Likelihood to Renew

I think that for my purposes, Cognos has worked very well in allowing me to design and set up reporting for customers and give them great visibility to their data
