Overall Satisfaction with IBM Enterprise Content Management

It was used by department. It really helps document management.

Cons

  • The user interface needs significant improvement.
  • Based on the current environment it make it easier to get the ROI.
We currently have an all-IBM stack and this product fits well with our environment. For this reason we are very likely to renew.
