Overall Satisfaction with IBM Maximo Application Suite

We are company specializing in IBM Maximo Application Suite implementations. We deploy and configure it for our customers across different industries, including oil and gas, utilities and also for ITSM use cases.

Pros

  • Workforce Management
  • Visual Inspections (and computer vision in general)
  • ITSM (Maximo IT)

Cons

  • Documentation needs to get better
  • I think the new AI features are overcomplicated
  • Automating business processes
Flexibility and the ability to adapt to any user needs.
Conteneried deployment, which was not there with Maximo 7.6

IBM Maximo Application Suite performs well especially for highly regulated industries, where compliance is a must. It has multitude of options and is highly configurable. On the other hand, it is quite complex to get started with that product.
