Overall Satisfaction with IBM Maximo Application Suite

Swapped from internally built WMS to Maximo ~5 years ago. Modernizing our work Management system to better integrate with other applications.

The data storage capabilities for large data sets
More seamless integration to data lakes for back end reporting
Our older in-house system was outdated from the early 1990's. This was a needed modernized upgrade.

It's a good tool overall. Biggest problem is adjusting older employees to a new system. It would be good to have a drilldown option to start from State, go to sub or line, open to equipment, etc like a collapsible list.
