As a design & development partner for IBM Research and IBM Product Development (Maximo Application Suite) I am delighted to see how Process Mining is evolving to a product that supports decision making and taking managers to improve their daily operations and reduce process loss and waste, simply by collecting objective data and streamline this in understandable management information by using Data / AI models

- Better pre-filtering upfront
- Built in automation processes (e.g. change environmental settings directly from the product instead of running python command via local CLI / terminal. OpenShift supports this by creating some extra runtime pods related to the project in PM
- > 30% process improvement for Wateer Management related companies (figures are coming from a real life use case / demo)
