Overall Satisfaction with IBM Process Mining

, We have several processes in our company that we would like to automate, mainly processes that require a lot of time from our team. We recently automated a process using the RDA, and we saw many gains in performance and efficiency. Yesterday I had training with the Customer Success Mr. Carlos Liberato, which was very enriching in terms of knowledge. I believe that an efficient way is to reconcile and write off payments and also inputting information from spreadsheets into our systems.
