Overall Satisfaction with IBM Robotic Process Automation

IBM Robotic process automation provides us with very good acceleration to process our tasks, as this tool helps us to set up automation for repetitive tasks. Moreover, RPA has a very low-coding environment and provides us the drag-and-drop option to handle and set up things easily as compared to other RPA tools.

Pros

  • Automate major work flow.
  • Data Parsing.

Cons

  • User Interface need to be improve more friendly.
  • As such IBM RPA improve overall business efficiency but as in terms of ROI it is costly.
Integration in IBM RPA is a little hard compared to Dialogflow as it requires lots of configuration with the third-party tool and needs attention.
Overall yes, IBM RPA saves around 80% daily time as well as it increases work efficiency and productivity.
