IBM RPA is a great software that contributes good value to our organization; We now can solve our customer's queries by using an automated powerful, trained chatbot. By using IBM Robotic Process Automation, we can easily train high-class datasets.

  • Integration Is Seamless.
  • Debugging is easy.

Cons

  • Need to improve user experience.
  • Pricing structure is high.
  • It saves lots of money.
  • It increases work productivity.
IBM RPA has its own dataset that is very good to test the model, however experience of integrating chatbot is seamless and easy.
It saves around 100% time for direct customer interaction with humans; however, for an instant, we need real humans sometimes.
