Overall Satisfaction with IBM Robotic Process Automation
IBM robotic process automation is a very powerful tool for making your work automated. A day-to-day task which is repeated and requires human interaction can be automated easily. ,Monotonous task are easily carried out IBM Robotic Process Automation. We do the task for sales automation like entering data, validating it, checking for redundancy, making of invoice and bills and several other task. It helps to maintain the accuracy and requires least human interaction. Our productivity is increased and now we do not suffer if we have less number of employees or they are on holiday because the task is automated and easily executable. We are able to engage our employees in other productive work and we are able to generate more accurate data in analysis in lesser time if we compare by doing the task manually. The best thing about IBM RPA is that it's UI is very interactive and the solution can be integrated easily with your current running environment. We do not need to do much changes.
Pros
- IBM RPA helps in maintaining data consistency by removing duplicate entries and validating the data on its own This is very useful. Because doing this with human interaction is a long and hectic process if the employee does not know the MS-Excel very well.
- It helped in boosting the productivity of our staff as now they are doing more productive work which is add on to company revenue.
- Chatbot feature is a great tool and it helps a lot of customer as replying the same old messages is a boring task. IBM RPA helps to automates these task easily.
Cons
- The UI needs to be simple and easily understandable by any user. Things should be understood by looking at them once and there should be proper segmentation done of the features. So they need to work on the user interface part.
- The integration process is a difficult task and can be done by an experienced employee. Proper documentation of IBM robotic process automation is not present in order to do the configuration part easily. Need to hire a third party for additional support if the support period is over and we need further guidance.
- Creating an automated task is a big activity and needed perfect expertise as once the task is created and if it is not giving the desired result then the effort is wasted and also the unnecessary resources which can be harmful. So tasks should be easily created and proper steps should be given by IBM RPA
- By implementing IBM RPA, Our productivity is increased by 72 %
- Our Return on investment is approximately 170%
- Efficiency is increased by nearly 76%
This is the best use case as we are able to integrate with the messaging platform. It reduced our heap of tasks because replying early is a big problem and when it needs to be done faster. RPA helped a lot in achieving this as we are able to reply to our customers instantly by integrating with chatbots. This is the most helpful feature of IBM robotic process automation.
This is very rightly said that IBM robotic process automation helps to save time through automation. Our day-to-day task like data validation, removing duplicate entries, and lead generation is carried out by IBM RPA and it saves a lot of time and human interaction. On average we are able to save 1000+hours if I talk about my overall employees who were previously doing work. Now we are achieving more targets in less time and we are more productive.
IBM robotic process automation tool is the best in the market and IBM is a name that does not need any introduction. It is the most trustworthy and best company. Apart from this, we have seen the market influence, pricing, support, and most important that whether we are able to achieve our target or not and mitigate the pain point, and doing everything in an automated way. And the result was very satisfying so we decided to go with IBM RPA
