Overall Satisfaction with IBM Robotic Process Automation

IBM Robotic Process Automation is a software solution that automates repetitive and routine tasks, freeing up our employees to focus on higher-value work. IIBM RPA helps us to solve some of our business problems by streamlining operations, reducing costs, and improving accuracy and compliance. We still test the tool but for now the first results are promising.

At this moment we are implementing the tool with Whatsapp and Zendesk only. This has been a difficult task so far because it requires some detailed programming to work the way we need it. But i am very convinced that it will work great in the end. Therefore we trust on the knowledge of our integration partner.
It is very hard to say this in numbers but the average time saved is based on the decreased fault ratio, time spend on cases and several other aspects. I would estimate that we save around 20 to 40% time on basic and simple tasks that would otherwise require manual work.

IBM Robotic Process Automation for us is well-suited for tasks that are repetitive, rule-based, and highly transactional in nature. It is particularly useful for tasks that require a large amount of data entry or processing, such as data migration, invoice processing, and claims management of our departments. We are already very happy with the results.

It´s less usefull when there are more tasks that need qualitative data.
