Overall Satisfaction with IBM Robotic Process Automation

Several times we suffered from the automation of pending/important activities due to human errors when delegating certain undue processes. However, using this IBM Robotic Process Automation tool, we can configure robots to do all the repetitive and critical processes, now much more reliable and without the errors. The device is very easy and intuitive in terms of development. In addition, it has very complete documentation that facilitated the implementation.

  • Processes of great importance to avoid human error, in addition to these properties, this is a high quality product that we like very much
  • I like how IBM Robotic Process Automation is also assisting us with different use-cases automation to help us implement the solution for our clients without worrying about the industry or the department
  • With on-premise solutions, companies can have difficulty scaling up

  • I believe it is a bit sophisticated and expensive, making it difficult to implement into smaller businesses
