The simple interface of the platform enables people that do not know have technicians to develop and alter chatbot dialogues efficiently. Learning Watson Assistant basic operations requires two weeks to master through a smooth learning process. The platform succeeds at processing multiple languages, thus supporting our worldwide business operations.

The application gives users numerous customization choices at basic and advanced levels. We can perform basic modifications to conversation flows through a visual user interface, which also enables response type changes as well as integration settings modifications. We can set up authentication in a simple manner through the multiple security protocol options available. ​
The adjustable nature of Watson Assistant provides a suitable configuration range suitable for intended customers. Configurators ranging from basic visual interfaces to implemented API alterations can use the staged configuration method that allows both beginners and expert programmers to work together.
My experience working with Microsoft Bot Framework and Dialogflow has shown that Watson Assistant features an intuitive interface combined with powerful analytics. Watson Assistant operates successfully in e-commerce customer service interactions by processing multiple related questions regarding orders and products and return policies. Watson Assistant faces difficulties when handling complicated multistep processes that require regular context switching, such as technical troubleshooting situations.
