Overall Satisfaction

iCims is the sole candidate tracking application used companywide by Dolby who currently employes over 1500 employees and half as many contractors.
  • Great, customizable customer-facing UI!
  • Very good reporting features.
  • Great dashboards!
  • The admin UI can be counterintuitive at times. A bit dated.
  • Although a robust tool, iCims has somewhat of a learning curve as compared with its more contemporary competitors.
  • The search function does not seem to follow standard search parameters and feels limited.
  • The app allows us to expedite the hiring process and serves our with document processing needs very well.
I was not involved in the RFP process for iCims.
I would have to review a current SFP to consider iCims. Personally, I would probably prefer a less granular UI like with jobvite but there may be other reasons that do not affect me directly that went influence these decisions.
Once trained, iCims is a great repository for pre-employment docs. It would be nice to have an onboarding module to complete the candidate-employee transaction.

Has more features than most trackers but they are difficult to navigate and locate.
