iCims is being used as our ATS. It's being used only by the recruiting team. It addresses our ability to track candidates, jobs, and hires.

  • Gives you the ability to track time to fill metrics simply
  • Allows you to post out jobs to boards simply
  • You have to refresh the candidates in the pane once you move them to see where they went to
  • Increased employee efficiency
  • Ability to track metrics more easily
We may review other ATS software, but at the end of the day it is working for us and can support our needs.
It is more appropriate for a recruiting team with a high volume of applicants. It helps to handle volumes of candidates; however, if you have many positions that you are actively recruiting on and not getting applicants, it's a bit time consuming to add the candidates.
