Overall Satisfaction

As a candidate tracking system- it handles communication and initial intake. It is used across the company

Pros

  • Automation.

Cons

  • Everything? Module design for one thing.
  • Data import and API integration.
  • UI is highly unintuitive.
  • Aggregation of subjective data.
iCIMS was more intuitive and of interest to our user base as a whole.
I think there are better products out there that overcome iCIMS critically unattractive and unappealing UI and allow the end user more control over customization and data usage.
Yes- do you want to be able to customize inhouse? If so then ditch iCIMS.
