Overall Satisfaction with iCIMS Talent Acquisition Software Suite
We use the iCIMS Recruit product for all US hiring at Sodexo. It is our applicant tracking systems (ATS) to attract, recruit and hire frontline/hourly, and management/exempt employees. We also leverage the onboarding portal to assist with pre-onboarding activities for our management population. Other products we use are TextRecruit and we trialed the TextHR product to help communicate with our displaced workers during COVID.
Pros
- Listening to customer needs and requests for enhancements.
- The level of consultation from all account team members (product knowledge is great).
- Roll out of product enhancements in a methodical and timing manner supporting it with great resources in the resource notes and help section.
Cons
- Consulting on TextRecruit since the acquisition has been challenging. It doesn't seem to get the same level of attention as their core products and/or the process for testing and rollout on enhancements doesn't seem to be the same.
- Continuous improvements in the hiring process has shortened cycle time.
- Since migrating our frontline hiring process to the system, those jobs get additional SEO and job search site visibility.
- When we need to communicate quickly to our displaced workers due to COVID, iCIMS came through extremely quickly and let us test their TextHR product for 3 months.
