Overall Satisfaction with iCIMS Talent Acquisition Software Suite
We use iCIMS in our Scientific Professional Services division. Our division focuses on supporting our customers' lab and regulatory needs through scientific staffing. iCIMS helps us by providing a robust system to review resumes, keep track of our candidates and openings, and start the onboarding process.
- It's an ATS first- not another HRIS that has their own ATS.
- The support team is wonderful. They always get back to you and get any questions resolved in a timely manner.
- The system is user friendly and intuitive. New hiring managers pick up on it quickly.
- We've had changes to our account managers that have been confusing. We lost our months ago and still have not been assigned a new one. They are very helpful as they take the time to understand how you use the system and ways to make it even better.
- Reporting is overwhelming.
- Searching is cumbersome. Sometimes I just want to look up a phone number who called me, but I can't because of the formatting.
- Positive- We're using Offer to send out offer letters quickly with fewer errors.
- Positive- We're using Onboard to have tasks specific to each of our clients.
- Negative- Our other divisions moved to another more simple product for their hiring needs.
Our other divisions use ADP as their ATS. We petitioned not to go into ADP and to keep iCIMS. The ADP rep even said that comparing ADP and iCIMS is like comparing apples and oranges, it shouldn't be done. He said that ADP would not meet our needs as its capabilities were nowhere near that of iCIMS- and not on their road map for improvements.
