Overall Satisfaction with iCIMS Talent Acquisition Software Suite
We use it for Internal Talent Acquisition Hires only. iCIMS is not used by the entire organization. iCIMS addressed our issue with tracking of applicants/candidates and the selection process. Much better than using Outlook and Excel.

The response by iCIMS support has always been second to none. Very timely and always try to ensure our needs are met. Have not had to engage much in 2020
Overall it meets the fundamental and basic needs of our Talent Acquisition Team. We can track how many people apply, are in que and in where in the que at any given time. Very good tool for overall tracking purposes. I don't know if it does an overall good job actually generating talent to our company.

I am a user of 7+ years of iCIMS. I do highly recommend it from a reporting perspective. The reports are customizable. That being said, the reports are not easily created. They can be difficult/complicated to create with the use of Technical Support. Even then it can be challenging.
