Overall Satisfaction with iCIMS Talent Cloud

We use iCIMS as our ATS. We love it as a company and as the System Admin I feel as though the product is getting better and better each year with new releases and products. They really do seem to listen to what their customers want.

  • Reporting
  • Less wait time when calling 800 number
  • Allow a little more flexibility to do things
  • It has helped us with tracking our talent
Just overall we felt iCIMS was a better product than either PeopleDoc or ServiceNow.
Sometimes the wait time is long and the turnaround time isn't that fast but it's okay.

I believe iCIMS Talent Acquisition Software Suite is a great tool. It can be used in many different ways. I like how they have things that you can add on and use.

Using iCIMS

Most things are easy. I didn't have the best experience with setting up LinkedIn Recruiter but overall other products and the usability are great!
