Overall Satisfaction with iCIMS Talent Cloud
We use iCIMS to advertise our openings and receive applications. Beyond this iCIMS helps us capture useful information across our 21 locations. We are able to provide access to multiple user groups and allow for constant communication between candidates, recruiters and hiring managers.
- Great customer service!
- Very customizable.
- Easy to use.
- Great dashboard capabilities.
- The mobile app does not reflect candidates we have viewed.
- The invite to hiring managers for the mobile app is unnecessarily difficult.
- Provide training just on reports after a few months of usage, as these can be difficult to create on your own.
- Has provided us much more data then before around applications, sources, time to fill and more.
- Allows for much better communication between users.
iCIMS allowed us to customize our various locations and different user groups. It has brought us much better awareness around who we are hiring, how quickly and from where. We are about 8 months into our company using it and we have received great feedback. The notes section has made a huge difference and as next steps we plan to integrate our current other systems with iCIMS.
