Overall Satisfaction with iCIMS Talent Cloud

We use it for recruiting and onboarding only. Additionally, only Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers use the system.

Pros

  • Provides clean-looking dashboards.
  • Tracks candidate workflows.
  • Gives a good customer facing portal experience.

Cons

  • The iForms process makes it difficult to pivot quickly and execute new business ideas/initiatives.
  • No native functionality for initials and signatures.
  • Offer Management tool does not allow bulk sending.
  • Improved candidate experience.
  • Holistic applicant tracking.
  • Integration to core HR & Payroll.
  • UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)
iCIMS is a much stronger candidate and employee facing user experience.
Support is great. There is a decent knowledge base + monthly calls with the support team. Additionally, account teams get you quick answers to any questions.

It's very intuitive from a "user perspective." However, from the admin perspective things are not always as clear and we need more control to do things on our own vs having to open a support case and wait. It is not a very sustainable business model in our industry.
It's well suited for most industries--but more so with companies who have a higher number of employees.
