Overall Satisfaction with Image Relay

I use Image Relay to organize a wide range of product images that are used across departments. It is easy to configure a file structure and tag images when uploading images, templates, video, sound, etc. Search and navigation makes it easy to find what I need. It is nice to be able to download in different image dimensions and file types.

  • Quality of organization can depend on the person who setup the hierarchy
  • Could be helpful to see all images in a higher level folder instead only the bottom level folder
  • Sharing images is easy
  • Having a single reliable location for all 2d digital assets is great
Image Relay is very intuitive to use. I don't find myself stuck wondering why some feature has been added or removed. It all makes sense to me. And it has been consistent since I've been using it.
The few times I've needed support, I've gotten help with what I needed very quickly.

Image Relay works much better than Windows Explorer for organizing, storing, and viewing a wide range of product images used across departments. It is easy to configure a file structure and tag images when uploading images, templates, video, sound, etc. Search and navigation makes it easy to find what I need.
