Overall Satisfaction with Image Relay

Image Relay is an easy-to-use Digital Asset Management system that helps to keep all images and video assets in one place. You can create separate folders to help keep you organized with easy uploads, monitoring, and management, of all files from one centralized and secure place in the cloud. This has helped us share and receive images from our clients to help us understand what assets they have available for different campaigns and such. There is almost no time to implement as it is extremely user-friendly. I do wish there was an app for quick transfers on the go!

Image Relay is much more user-friendly and easy to access. I struggled with Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Teams because it is so much simpler in layout and structure. You do not need to hunt around forever to find what you're looking for. It is also more cost-effective than other platforms.
It is very simple and is easy to use!
There is very limited support and it can be hard to get a response if there is an issue. However, there are very few issues had.

For us, being an advertising agency, we encourage all of our clients to use Image Relay so that all of their assets are stored in one place and are easily accessible for all vendors and agencies they work with. For example, when we're working on campaign assets, we like to use the client's actual images instead of stock photography, if possible. Having access to their Image Relay allows us to quickly assess what they have available and what we may want to use for our ads, landing pages, etc. We don't have to ask the client or spend forever digging through emails, we can access it at any time and download it right away.
