  • Great historical data to fall back on for repeat candidates
Indeed Ads doesn’t recycle applicants like some other platforms I have used. With other platforms, I have to go back and check to see if we have interviewed the person previously. Indeed Ads usually gives me new applicants daily. It’s exactly what I need with a high turnover position. It’s a waste of time to receive applicants that already work for my company or have interviewed previously.

More than half of the applicants are qualified and respond quickly to requests. This is incredibly beneficial and crucial in healthcare where every person counts.
