Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Hiring Platform

Indeed is used to advertise our company's open positions for three locations.

Pros

  • Target searches for candidate searches
  • Weeds out applicants that do not meet deal breakers
  • Offers flexibility in communicating with applicants
  • Offers custom templates for letters

Cons

  • Can you allow companies to rate applicants like Uber allows riders to rate their drivers and vice versa?
  • Indeed should add no call/no show hot button after an interview is confirmed by [the] applicant.
  • Block applicants that do not show up for interviews.
  • The ROI has been positive and we have been able to meet our hiring needs.
When I first started recruiting, I used Monster but it was very expensive. Indeed has a free search available as well as giving you a choice on your spending to meet your budget.

Indeed [Hiring Platform] has made improvements to the platform that allows for targeted searches. In my experience, it is one of the best ways to attract applicants to an opening in my area. It allows me to customize letters for rejections as well as custom invitations. I have successfully filled most of my open positions through Indeed.
