Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Hiring Platform
We started using indeed for our hiring and recruitment about 2 years ago. I currently use it on the customer service end to hire new agents when we have open positions. Posting a job ad works well and checking resumes on their platform is convenient. The UI could be a little more friendly, but overall it is a good platform. They also offer live chat and video interviews directly on the site. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for an easy to use hiring platform.
We no longer have to rely on outdated methods of hiring with indeed and will continue to use them for the foreseeable future.

Live chat and video options are great features we took advantage of while we worked from home. We prefer the Indeed options over Linkedin. The UI could be a little more friendly. We will continue to use Indeed moving forward over other platforms that we used in the past. No complaints.
