Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Hiring Platform

I utilize Indeed Hiring Platform as one of the tools in my talent pipeline. I use it for everything from sourcing resumes to posting jobs.
  • Very user friendly.
  • Great tech support.
  • Budget conscious.
  • Occasional tech outages.
  • Interface is a little clunky.
  • Significantly decreased my time to fill.
I personally prefer Indeed Hiring Platform over ZipRecruiter because I feel like I have more control over my budget and I feel the tech support is far superior as well. My Indeed Hiring Platform rep is terrific about showing me data about how my jobs are performing and is happy to pull one-off data if I need it.

Indeed Hiring Platform is well suited in my opinion for smaller companies with a handful of hiring opportunities. Their budgeting tool allows you to get maximum bang for your buck. I wouldn't advocate for it if you have 10+ openings at a time unless you have a substantial recruiting budget.
