Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Hiring Platform

Indeed Hiring Platform is used only in the HR department for recruiting candidates for open positions and/or proposals. We use Indeed as another recruiting tool along with our website. Indeed is a great and fast tool to find candidates. For the most part, it is very easy to post a job and if you pay the monthly fee to candidate search, it is a great help.
  • Posts our open positions quickly.
  • Allows qualified candidates to apply to our open positions.
  • Allows our company to search for candidates.
  • During posting an open position, don't automatically populate skills/questions(i.e. list dates and times for a phone call).
  • Remove the Indeed Assist for candidates.
  • I appreciate representatives reaching out, but if I need something I will reach out to them.
  • Time to fill an open position we depend on Indeed.
  • The cost is very reasonable compared to other tools I have used in the past.
  • Assigning Skills to our open positions has assisted in finding qualified candidates.
I tried ZipRecruiter in my current position and prior positions and it doesn't compare to Indeed. Everyone is so familiar with Indeed and can depend on it. I tried ZipRecruiter for the free 1 week trial on posting an open position and we hardly received any candidates.

I feel Indeed is THE platform to use for job postings and for candidates looking for jobs. We have great results using Indeed, most of our candidates apply on Indeed to our open positions. If you want hits on your postings, Indeed is what you need to use. The fees are not too outrageous and posting an open position is pretty easy.
