Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Hiring Platform
I used Indeed to hire warehouse associates for part-time and seasonal work. We really needed the manpower.
- I've had some bad employees off the site.
- I've had people not show a lot for second interviews.
- Not a lot of people reply to the first message, wasted time.

I can flip thought resumes quickly and effectively. You can easily see the numbers of people applying. using the templates for your first message saves a lot of time too. you can add multiple users so other people can look through resumes too and share notes. Indeed saves a lot of time and effort.
Everyone once in a while you will get a candidate with stuff I like on a resume but it's mostly partial matches. you have to cast a wide net and reach out to a lot of people to try to get lucky in finding someone that might work for you.
If you need to hire someone quickly, this is it for you. during the pandemic, I was able to hire people using the Indeed Platform, it was easy. A lot of people applied and I went through a bunch of resumes. I think anyone can find a quick hire on this site.
