Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Hiring Platform

I used Indeed to hire warehouse associates for part-time and seasonal work. We really needed the manpower.

Pros

  • Show potential employees.
  • Ability to communicate with them.
  • Displaying information.

Cons

  • The standard indeed resume needs improvement.
  • The overall layout of the website is dated.
  • Quality of people applying.
  • I've had some bad employees off the site.
  • I've had people not show a lot for second interviews.
  • Not a lot of people reply to the first message, wasted time.
I think indeed outperformed this company. Its not easy hiring people, it's mostly hit and miss. I think indeed offers the easiest way to reach out to people who applied quickly and socially distant.

If you need to hire someone quickly, this is it for you. during the pandemic, I was able to hire people using the Indeed Platform, it was easy. A lot of people applied and I went through a bunch of resumes. I think anyone can find a quick hire on this site.
