Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Hiring Platform

We've scaled back the use of Indeed's platform when they decided to change their strategy to focus on their own in-house recruiting team. The rates now charged to recruiting agencies coupled with how their AI pushes their own and corporate posts ahead of posts made by recruiting firms like mine is the reason we took our 150+ posts elsewhere.
  • Volume
  • Ease of use
  • Marketing
  • Alienation of the recruiting firm sector
  • Candidate contact information is not up to date in many cases
  • Resume formatting is drab.
  • Increasing cost per job post
  • Reducing exposure of job posts
Indeed is the 800-pound gorilla and unfortunately, they've turned to attack the recruiting firms that historically supplied many job posts. The other platforms work with and some fully support smaller recruiting agencies like mine.

Would you buy Indeed Hiring Platform again?

Indeed has decided they no longer want to work with the recruiting firms that have historically made up a huge portion of the job posts. They've built their own "Indeed Hire" recruiting platform and reconfigured pricing and their AI to suppress recruiting agencies that they now deem as competitors.
