Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use the Indeed Hiring Platform to find and screen prospective candidates for a medicare sales insurance role. Our business sells medicare to consumers over the age of 65, and we do this with consumers nationwide. Our main goal is to improve access to Medicare and insurance in America. All our sales agents have licensed health insurance agents.

Alternatives Considered

I use Zoom for video conferencing but have not ever used another platform such as the Indeed Hiring Platform to actually screen candidates who I do not already have in my ATS.

Likelihood to Recommend

The hiring platform works very well when needing to locate a lot of candidates for a specific role. The fact that a whole team of recruiters can be on one platform at the same time and can see all candidates interviewing and who they specifically are interviewing with is amazing. I also like the fact that you can have multiple recruiters in one interview with a candidate.
