Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Hiring Platform
The platform is used to conduct high quality, high volume, coordinated interviews on a weekly basis. The product helps us vet and weave out unqualified candidates while providing a platform where we can then conduct video interviews with the candidates that make it through the screener questions. This platform/product provides structure and an easy way to find talent.
Pros
- Vetting and/or weaving candidates out.
- Good video interview quality.
- Scheduled time blocks.
Cons
- Need to make resumes a requirement to join.
- Don't not allow candidates to join in 10 min after their scheduled time.
- Don't allow candidates to join via phone or app.
- It's allowed us to focus time on interviewing.
- It's allow us to spend less time sourcing for candidates.
- Negative-without a resume I can't properly prepare for an interview with candidate.
From my experience, this is one of the better platforms I've used.
